General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

On-page and off-page optimization as well as technical SEO measures.

The scope of services is regulated individually in the contract or project offer.

2. Remuneration and Performance-Based Payment

Payment is made exclusively on the basis of previously defined results (e.g., placement of keywords in the top 10 on Google).

Only services for which the agreed target has been reached will be invoiced.

Contracts have a minimum term of 6 to 12 months to ensure sustainable results.

3. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded as soon as the customer accepts a written offer from SEOvektor. These terms and conditions apply exclusively, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer's Obligation to Cooperate

The customer ensures that SEOvektor receives all information, access, and approvals necessary for the provision of services (e.g., access to Google Search Console, CMS, hosting, etc.). Delays due to lack of cooperation extend agreed deadlines.

5. Liability

SEOvektor is only liable for gross negligence and intent. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.

No guarantee can be given for search engine rankings, as these are influenced by third parties (e.g., Google algorithm).

6. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to treat all information received in the course of the collaboration as confidential.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Place of jurisdiction is Sofia, Bulgaria. Bulgarian law applies, taking into account EU law.

8. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
